Found these works on quantum computing 68-arrow-blue-downarrow.gif

  • Nielsen & Chuang (2010) Quantum Computation and Quantum Information, Cambridge University Press [1]
[thesis]

Found these books that goes over the shell model (and independent-particle model) really exhaustively:

  • Roy & Nigam (1967) Nuclear Physics, Wiley [2]
  • Lindgren & Morrison (1986) Atomic Many-Body Theory, Springer [3]
  • Evans (1995) The Atomic Nucleus, McGraw Hill [4]

Will be of great help in the (near) future 304-bear10.gif

[event, seminar]

Attended Dr. Trần Nguyên Lân's seminar on Quantum computing for quantum many-body simulation, optimization, and machine learning. Learned a lot 294-2.gif

The topic is really on point with my thesis, most specifically:

  • basics of QC,
  • many-body simulation using QC, and
  • variational quantum eigensolver (VQE) method

Honestly, up until a month ago, I never thought that I would enjoy quantum computing this much 309-3.gif

Very first two notes are literally the source code for the static site generator:

  1. Emacs configuration for writing
  2. Publishing with org-mode
